Gather and analyze business requirements; convert them into detailed functional specifications.
Configure and support HCM solutions (Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, SAP, ServiceNow, or other cloud platforms) for implementation and enhancement projects.

Performance & Talent
Benefits
Payroll
Time & Absence
Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
Support business users during system testing (SIT/UAT) and ensure successful deployment.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
Work within Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall project methodologies.
Engage with global stakeholders across Engineering, Development, Security, and Operations teams.
Manage ambiguity and deliver in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
Use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Flexibility to work across European and US time zones.
