Job Description:-
●Define, execute and champion the long-term HR technology product vision with a focus on the entire employee lifecycle.
● Develop and manage the product roadmap for People systems, prioritizing high value initiatives that are aligned with organizational goals.
● Lead the transition from manual HRIS configuration to AI-augmented systems, prioritizing lights-out automation for repetitive HCM tasks.
● Partner with People Business Partners, IT, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to understand needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
● Translate complex business requirements and user needs into technical specifications and configured system solutions.
● Manage assigned People system projects including facilitating cross-functional collaboration, to ensure deadlines are met, deliverables are high-quality, and proper change management protocols are followed.
● Champion AI literacy across the People team, mentoring HRIS analysts on how to use tools like ChatGPT or Claude to automate documentation and confi guration testing.
● Confiugure, test, and maintain all functional modules of Workday, including Core HCM, Benefi ts, Compensation, Talent Management, Payroll interface, and Absence Management.
● Manage the configuration and support of system integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems, ensuring seamless and accurate data flow.
● Lead testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT) across all modules), to ensure solutions meet business needs.
● Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive system documentation, including confi guration guides, process flows, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support system adoption and change management.
● Act as an escalation point for complex system issues, troubleshooting problems, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
● Utilize automated auditing tools to maintain global compliance (GDPR/CCPA), ensuring our security fabric scales at the speed of software.
● Collaborate with People Team and business leaders to provide data-driven insights that support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
Candidate profile:-
● Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
● 8+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or HR Product management.
● Expert-level Workday skills PLUS proven AI Curiosity; an early adopter of AI tools to enhance personal and system productivity.
● Experience with API integrations with other People systems (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse, Cultureamp, 360 Learning, Lattice, Qlik)
● Demonstrated ability to Work the Problem by leveraging low-code/no-code automation or APIs to bridge gaps between platforms.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and business needs into technical requirements.
● Experience supporting high-growth SaaS environments where you were measured by automation ROIand business outcomes.
● Strong interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization and external vendors.
NOTE:- Hands on experience in Workday HRMS is mandatory
