Role: Workday Functional Consultant - Talent & Performance Management
Experience: 4+ Years
Work Timings: Initially Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST), transitioning to UK Shift (2:00 – 11:00 PM IST)
Work Setup: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 & 3 support for Workday-related business requests and incidents
- Act as SME for Workday modules and drive issue resolution through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, scoping, and solution design
- Design and implement medium to complex Workday enhancements
- Manage documentation including technical design, RCA, and solutioning
- Work independently while ensuring timely escalation and stakeholder communication
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM + at least one module (Recruiting / Compensation / Benefits / Time & Absence)
- Strong experience in Talent & Performance modules
- Proven experience in end-to-end Workday implementations (Hire to Retire lifecycle)
- Expertise in Workday configurations: Business Process, Security, Domain Policies, Reporting, Calculated Fields, etc.
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow / JIRA / ManageEngine
- Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall / Agile)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
