Job Description

HCM Requirements

Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Architecture, Business Processes, Reporting, Security, Core Compensation, Organizations

Exposure to Configurations: Configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence and Time tracking, Payroll) to align with client workflows. 

  1. Absence and Time Tracking data sources. 
  2. time-off plan configuration including complex accruals, carryovers, shadow plans and touchpoints with leaves and time tracking. 
  3. leave configuration including balance periods, cascading leaves, intermittent leaves, and complex eligibility and validation rules.
  4. Experience with building payroll components (Earnings, Deductions, Account Posting Rules, Run Categories, Payment Election Rules)
  5. Experience with third party payroll configuration (External Earnings, External Deductions, External Inputs)
  6. Knowledge of payroll touchpoints (Time Tracking, Absence, HCM, Compensation, Benefits)
