We're hiring Workday & HR Technology Systems Experts to help lead this transformation. This is a rare opportunity to build and optimize a global HR tech ecosystem from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Own and enhance Workday and other HR systems

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of new features

• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and seamless integrations

• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver future-ready solutions

• Drive change management, training, and adoption

• Support analytics and reporting with Workday and BI tools

What You Bring

• Deep Workday expertise in any two of the following modules

• Core HCM

• Recruiting

• Compensation & Benefits

• Talent & Performance

• Absence & Time Tracking

• Security & Business Processes

• Reporting & Prism

• Preferably multiple Workday certifications

• Experience in global HR tech environments

• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
