• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant
• Workday HCM certification highly preferred
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, Business Processes, and Security
• Excellent client communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements and configure Workday HCM modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
• Provide post-implementation support
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
