Job Description

  • We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant specializing in Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits. In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting configuration testing, implementation, and enhancements within Workday. Responsibilities: Lead testing of Workday Benefits configurations, including enrollment cycles, life event changes, and open enrollment processes. Support testing of compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus cycles, and other reward programs. Collaborate closely with HR leadership to validate and support new compensation structures and benefits programs. Provide functional expertise to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of Workday modules. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (B.Tech preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS/HCM systems with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Compensation and Benefits. In-depth Knowledge.
