- Act as the Workday functional SME for one or more modules:
- HCM Core
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Payroll (US/Global)
- Time Tracking
- Talent & Performance
- Recruiting
- Financial Management (optional)
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Workday functional experience
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM Core and at least 23 additional modules
- Experience with multiple full lifecycle Workday implementations
- Deep understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
