We are looking for an experienced Workday Financial Solution Architect to lead Workday Financials support, enhancements, and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, deliver best-practice solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-production support and enhancements for Workday Financials
• Lead requirement gathering, process mapping, and module implementations
• Manage client support requests, enhancements, release planning, and roadmap initiatives
• Collaborate with delivery teams on incidents, RCA, and operational activities
• Guide and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Recommend Workday best practices and build strong client relationships
• Required Skills & Experience
• Strong knowledge of Workday core competencies: Business Process, Reporting, and Security
• Expertise in one or more Workday Financial modules such as Accounting, Expenses, Budgets, Projects, Banking & Settlements, or Cash Management
• 7+ years of Workday Financials implementation/support experience
• Experience in deployments and operational support projects
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for collaboration and knowledge sharing
