Role: Workday Finance Developer
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India (Onsite)
We are seeking a skilled Workday Finance Developer with strong experience in Workday Financials, including implementation, production support, and functional expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday financial solutions while ensuring system stability and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Financials Development
- Design, build, and maintain Workday Financials integrations, reports, and customizations
- Develop and support integrations using:
- Workday Studio
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Create calculated fields, dashboards, and advanced reports
Implementation
- Participate in end-to-end Workday Financials implementations
- Configure and deploy modules including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities
Production Support
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Financials
- Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, reports, and financial processes
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution
