Job Title: Workday Financials SME / Administrator
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite as applicable)

Job Description:
We are looking to onboard an experienced Workday Financials SME/Admin to support and
enhance our Workday Financials ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong
functional and technical expertise across core Financials modules, integrations, reporting,
and project lifecycle activities. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore with required
overlap with US hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for Workday Financials, with expertise in:
Customer Accounts
Contracts & Contract Amendments
Invoices
Billing Schedules
Revenue Schedules
Payments
- Work with Workday integration tools including EIBs and Core Connectors; Workday
Studio experience is a plus.
- Support and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday technologies
and Worka.
- Support period-end close activities related to revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts
receivable.
- Develop and maintain advanced Workday reporting, including Advanced, Composite, and
Matrix Reports, BIRT, and complex Calculated Fields.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycleplanning, design, configuration, Unit
Testing, SIT, UAT, data conversion, and cutover.
- Develop detailed test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for C2C and
Revenue Recognition.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials implementation or support.
- Strong understanding of Financials processes including revenue recognition and period-
end close.
- Experience with Workday integrations and reporting tools.
- Workday Financials Certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Ability to work with good overlap with US time zones.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
