Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements related to Workday Finance.
• Configure Workday Finance solutions to meet business needs while adhering to best practices.
• Perform system testing, data migration, and ensure successful deployment of Workday Finance modules.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to Workday Finance functionalities in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in Workday Finance functional consulting or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Workday Finance modules such as Financial Management, Procurement, and Expenses.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and testing within Workday.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
