Role Summary

ARAs Client is seeking experienced Workday Extend professionals design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and support Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, integrations, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic consulting and advisory support to enterprise clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants/team members.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support issue resolution, risk management, governance, and documentation activities.

Must Have Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience with minimum min 3 yrs into workday extend.
• Relevant certification is necessary
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Workday project lifecycle.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and client-facing consulting roles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and projects.
