Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Extend solutions.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using the Workday Extend framework.
- Build custom business processes and workflows within Workday.
- Create and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integration with external applications.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using:
Workday Studio
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Core Connectors
Cloud Connect
- Write and optimize Workday calculated fields, custom reports, and business process configurations.
- Implement Workday security roles and domain security.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver business solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.
- Support Workday bi-annual releases and evaluate new Extend features.
- Follow Workday best practices for performance, security, and governance.
