Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Extend solutions.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using the Workday Extend framework.
• Build custom business processes and workflows within Workday.
• Create and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integration with external applications.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using:

Workday Studio

Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

Core Connectors

Cloud Connect

• Write and optimize Workday calculated fields, custom reports, and business process configurations.
• Implement Workday security roles and domain security.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver business solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Support Workday bi-annual releases and evaluate new Extend features.
• Follow Workday best practices for performance, security, and governance.
