Description
We are seeking a skilled Workday Extend Developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing applications within the Workday Extend platform to streamline and enhance our business processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Workday Extend applications and integrations to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful integration of applications.
- Perform testing and debugging of Workday Extend solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Document technical specifications, development processes, and user manuals for future reference.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in Workday Extend development or related field.
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, data model, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar languages relevant to Workday Extend.
- Experience with Workday APIs and integration tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
