Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday ERP Financials Consultant to support and enhance Workday Financial modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Workday Financials, reporting, security configuration, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday Financial modules.
- Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and security configurations.
- Support system testing, UAT, deployments, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Manage Workday enhancements and release updates.
- Maintain system documentation and process records.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience with Workday Financials modules.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Workday Reporting
- Calculated Fields
- Condition Rules
- Security Configuration
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Workday Financials Certification.
- Experience working with global teams.
Additional Requirements
- Willing to work in evening/night shifts as required.
- Comfortable working in a Hybrid model from Pune.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred.
