Position Overview

Job Title: Workday Engineer

Corporate Title: Associate

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Description

  • We are seeking a qualified Workday HCM Consultant with over 3 years of experience in Workday HCM, Integrations, Time Tracking, and Absence.
  • The individual will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing Workday solutions, serving as a reliable advisor to business stakeholders and leading complex integrations and support tasks.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Workday Payroll integrations, including:
    • Core Integrations
    • Cross functional
    • Third Party applications
  • Lead integration architecture discussions with internal and external systems
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance
  • Ensure secure and compliant data exchanges
  • Able to configure Absence Rules.
  • Working knowledge of Workday Time Tracking preferred.

Your skills and experience

  • A minimum of three years of experience with Workday HCM in a configurator role is required.
  • Overall, five years of experience in the IT industry is necessary. A strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll Integrations, and Absence is essential.
  • Experience with time tracking is preferred. Responsibilities include managing support activities and implementing systems for new countries
