Job Summary
Build advanced analytics solutions using
Workday Prism Analytics to integrate, transform, and analyze workforce data—enabling data-driven decision-making across HR and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Prism datasets to support analytical reporting and dashboards.
- Perform complex data transformations using Prism's ETL capabilities to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Integrate external data sources (e.g., HRIS, finance systems, third-party platforms) into Prism for holistic workforce insights.
- Develop workforce forecasting models to predict talent trends, attrition, and hiring needs.
- Build interactive and executive-level analytics dashboards using Prism Analytics for real-time visibility.
- Translate business requirements into actionable executive insights and strategic recommendations.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics (datasets, calculations, visualizations)
- Proficiency in data modeling and schema design for analytics
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration patterns
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets for business insights
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Snowflake as a data warehouse or cloud data platform
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and data validation
- Domain knowledge in Healthcare Analytics (e.g., clinical, operational, or financial HR analytics)
