Role Overview:
This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations to enable seamless data flow and system connectivity across enterprise platforms. You will work closely with HR, payroll, finance, and IT teams to support large-scale HR transformation initiatives and ensure the integrity, reliability, and scalability of Workday integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations including PECI, RaaS, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity, and other enterprise systems teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions.
- Perform impact analysis and regression testing during Workday upgrades and system changes.
- Maintain Workday platform configurations, including SSO setup, tenant refreshes, and certificate updates.
- Ensure adherence to Workday security standards, compliance policies, and data integrity practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration design documents and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across interconnected enterprise systems.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and integration enhancements, recommending improvements to existing integrations.
Who Would Be a Good Fit:
- 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations development.
- Hands-on experience with Workday PECI, Core Connector, Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
- Experience with Workday reporting and security configuration.
- Understanding of Workday HCM modules such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug complex integration issues.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams.
