Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure Core HCM components including organizations, job profiles, positions, and supervisory structures.
- Set up business processes for hire, termination, transfers, and other HCM events.
- Configure eligibility rules for benefits, compensation, and other HCM-related processes.
- Implement organizational hierarchies and maintain supervisory structures.
- Perform regular audits of HCM data and business processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Update HCM configurations during organizational changes or annual cycles.
- Maintain security roles and domain policies for HCM data.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to HCM workflows, data integrity, and security access.
- Build custom reports and dashboards for HCM analytics using Workday Report Writer.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM configuration.
- Knowledge of organizational structures, job profiles, and business process frameworks.
- Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies.
- Experience in Workday reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Workday Certification in Core HCM.
- Experience with related modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence Management.
- Prior involvement in Workday implementation or optimization projects.
