Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Workday Core HCM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on Workday Core HCM functionalities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in Workday Core HCM systems
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across HCM systems
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
  • Support configuration and enhancement of Workday Core HCM modules
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations and improvements
