Position : Workday Reporting with Prism

Experience: 7–10 Years

Relevant Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities

• Experience as a Technical Consultant in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
• Experience in Workday Prism Analytics is preferred.
• Analyze and prioritize support tickets to meet SLA requirements.
• Experience in report migration activities.
• Requirement gathering, effort estimation, and preparation of functional design documents.
• Conduct business requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Perform Fit-Gap, As-Is, Keep-Drop analysis, and Delta presentation workshops.
• Design, develop, and unit test customizations, interfaces, and reports.
• Prepare technical specifications and configuration documents.
• Track project deliverables and monitor milestones.
• Effectively manage resources and contingency planning for self and team.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Recommend process improvements and industry best practices.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to closure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing teams and tracking deliverables.
