Our Client is looking for experienced Workday Consultants with expertise in one or more of the
following modules:
- Workday Core HCM & Onboarding
- Workday Learning
- Workday Total Rewards
- Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, PICOF)
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday solutions across functional or integration modules.
- Gather business requirements and participate in solution design workshops.
- Configure business processes, troubleshoot issues, and support AMS/implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, reporting, security, and integrations.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), releases, documentation, and production support.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of Workday experience.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one Workday module mentioned above.
- Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in client-facing environments and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of HR business processes and Workday best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
