We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Workday Consultant tbased in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday solutions across Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and other Workday modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR and business processes.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Design and configure business processes, security roles, reports, and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to optimize Workday functionality.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
- Develop functional specifications and documentation.
- Support Workday releases, upgrades, and new feature adoption.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday solutions.
- Strong expertise in one or more Workday modules:
- Workday HCM
- Recruiting,Talent & Performance,Compensation,Absence Management,Payroll
- Time Tracking,Learning,Financial Management
- Experience configuring:
- Business Processes
- Security Framework
- Calculated Fields
- Custom Reports
- Dashboards
- Workday Studio and EIB
- Experience with Workday integrations including:
- EIB,Core Connectors,Workday Studio,Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Strong understanding of HR and business process workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing consulting experience.
