We are hiring a
Workday Consultant with expertise in
Talent Management or Workday Extend. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Workday Talent Management modules such as Performance, Goals, Succession, and Career Development OR
- Design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure Workday modules and support enhancements and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations, reporting, and data flows
- Participate in testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and release management
- Provide functional consulting and best practice recommendations
- Support post-production issues and continuous improvements
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Workday Talent Management OR Workday Extend development
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM processes
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Workday business process framework and security
