Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. The candidate should have implementation and/or support experience and be capable of managing end-to-end functional configuration and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and maintenance of Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
- Support Payroll-related configurations and ensure data accuracy across payroll integrations.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Manage Business Process Framework (BPF) related to Absence and Time processes.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, and assist in deployments.
- Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide timely resolution.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and enhancement activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Absence and Time Tracking configuration.
- Good understanding of Payroll processes and integrations.
- Experience in testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
