Workday Consultant

SRS Business Solutions India is seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Workday solution design and development across various modules, coupled with strong client-facing and communication skills. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs, proposing effective solutions, and implementing Workday best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development: Lead and execute Workday solution design and development, leveraging expertise across various Workday modules, including but not limited to:
• HCM (Human Capital Management)
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Recruiting
• Time Tracking
• Talent & Performance Management
• Advanced Compensation
• Business Requirements Gathering: Conduct effective working sessions with clients to thoroughly gather, understand, and analyze their business requirements.
• Advisory & Recommendations: Assess actual client needs and proactively propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet their goals. Advise clients on Workday best practices, recognize and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize strong proficiency in Workday technologies such as XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, Web Services, and other Integration technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Overall IT Experience: Minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience.
• Workday Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated experience in Workday solution design and development, with exposure to the modules listed above.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-centric in approach.
