Job Overview
We are seeking Workday Consultants (2–8 years experience) to support a US-based client in delivering scalable and efficient Workday solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with experience across Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, and Integrations, who are looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and globally aligned environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, implement, and optimize Workday solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in Workday implementation/support projects.
- Strong exposure to one or more areas:
- Workday HCM (Core + modules)
- Reporting & Analytics
- Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
- Security & Business Process Framework
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday configuration & tenant management
- Data loads (EIBs)
- Report writing and dashboards
- Basic understanding of:
- XML, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Integration concepts and middleware
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Functional (HCM / Business Process)
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Talent.
- Design and optimize Business Process Framework (BPF) including approvals, notifications, and validations.
- Support tenant configuration, data validation, and system testing (UAT).
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing production support.
Technical (Integrations / Reporting / Security)
- Develop and maintain Workday Integrations using:
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, etc.)
- Workday Studio
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Create and optimize Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.
- Configure and maintain Workday Security (Role-based & User-based).
- Support data migration, inbound/outbound integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve failures.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with multiple Workday modules (Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Time Tracking).
- Prior experience supporting US-based clients or global implementations.
- Knowledge of Workday Extend / Prism Analytics.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of HR processes and compliance standards.
