Job Title: Workday Learning Consultant (Contract)

Location: India or Singapore

Employment Type: Contract (6 months, extendable by another 6 months)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Workday Learning Consultants to support a global Workday Learning implementation initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting the Workday Learning module while collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Workday Learning solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Configure learning content, learning campaigns, certifications, learning security, and business processes.
• Perform end-to-end implementation, testing, UAT, and production support.
• Configure security roles and permissions related to Workday Learning.
• Create reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and EIBs.
• Support data migration activities and system integrations where required.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Workday Pro Certification (Preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning.
• Experience with end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Knowledge of:
• Workday Learning
• Workday Security
• Business Process Configuration
• EIBs
• Reporting & Calculated Fields
• UAT & Testing
• Data Migration
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multinational organizations.
• Additional exposure to Workday HCM or Security modules.
• Experience with integrations and Workday releases.
