Workday Student OR Higher Education domain experience required

Talherova is hiring an experienced Workday Consultant to support higher education implementation and transformation initiatives. This is a remote opportunity based in India, working US shift hours to collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Workday implementation, configuration, and optimization initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and configured solutions
• Support business process design, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation
• Configure and test Workday modules as per project scope
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Support data conversion, integrations, and reporting activities
• Develop and execute test scripts; support UAT
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live production support
• Document configurations, business processes, and best practices

Requirements:

• Workday Student experience OR Higher Education domain experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Workday Consultant
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and configuration
• Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
• Experience with Workday implementations, deployments, or support engagements
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness and ability to work US shift hours from India
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
