Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday consultant- Advance Compensation to join our team and play a key role in the ongoing implementation of acquisitions & mergers, optimization, and support of Workday modules along with few out of the box solutions of Workday. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Workday HCM and foundational skills in Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and/or Absence Management, with strong functional and technical expertise to lead business process configurations, support end-users, and provide strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Advance Compensation, Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and/or Absence modules.

Partner with Business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM, providing support and guidance on best practices and system capabilities.

Design and maintain business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.

Support Workday releases by reviewing new features, conducting impact analysis, and managing updates.

Support Workday integration efforts with third-party systems from a functional standpoint.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance with business policies.

Document configurations, procedures, and change requests to maintain a clear system record.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Workday experience, including at least 5+ year in a full End to End Implementation Project.

Proven expertise in Workday HCM Core, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and/or Absence modules.

Strong knowledge of business processes in HR, talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and leave management.

Hands-on experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, condition rules, and EIBs.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in large, complex, and/or global organizations is an add-on.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
