We are looking for an experienced and certified Workday PSA / Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Financials, Professional Services Automation (PSA), and business process optimization. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on implementation, configuration, integration, and support experience in Workday Finance modules while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Workday PSA and Financial Management modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
- Configure Workday business processes, security, reports, and dashboards.
- Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, procurement, and project management teams.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within Workday applications.
- Participate in client workshops, solution design discussions, and UAT sessions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user training materials.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years of overall experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Financials and/or PSA modules.
- Workday Certification in Finance or PSA is mandatory.

- Experience with Workday integrations and reporting tools.

- Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in consulting or implementation environments.
- Exposure to global finance processes and multi-country implementations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Workday partner or client-side implementation experience preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- MBA / CA / CMA will be an added advantage.
