Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workday Certified Integration Consultant based in Chennai. The consultant will design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday tools and industry-standard technologies, ensuring data accuracy and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing integration requirements, configuring and maintaining integrations, managing change requests, and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders. The role involves preparing technical specifications, maintaining documentation, supporting go-live activities, and providing post-production support. The consultant will also work closely with functional teams to align integration solutions with business processes and contribute to continuous improvement and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Workday and Workday Integration, including experience designing and managing Workday integration solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Integration technologies and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for data exchange between Workday and external systems.
- Consulting skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution presentation to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as a Workday Integration Consultant, with current or recent Workday certification in integrations.
- Proficiency with Workday integration tools (e.g., Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to data quality and security.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment in Chennai and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
