- 5+ years relevant experience in HCM, Core Comp and Talent management
- Lead Workday Time Tracking implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Optimize and support post-production setups for Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules, focusing on enhancements, defect resolution.
- Workday Certification is must.
