We are seeking an experienced Workday Certified Benefits Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on expertise to lead and support Workday Benefits implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will partner with HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams to design, configure, and optimize benefits programs while ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience.

Lead and support Workday Benefits implementations, upgrades, and post-production support
Gather and analyze business requirements for health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefit plans
Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, benefit groups, coverage options, and rates
Manage open enrollment, life events, and benefit change processes
Integrate Benefits with Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence
Configure and maintain business process frameworks, calculated fields, condition rules, and validations
Support benefits vendor integrations (inbound/outbound files, EDI coordination)
Perform data conversion, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and production validation
Troubleshoot benefits-related issues and provide timely resolution
Prepare functional design documents, reports, and end-user training materials
Support Workday bi-annual releases and assess benefits-related impacts
Active Workday Benefits Certification (Mandatory)
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Benefits
Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and compliance requirements
Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations and/or AMS support
Knowledge of benefits reporting and audits
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Workday certifications (HCM, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting)
Experience with global benefits programs or multi-country implementations
Experience supporting integrations with benefits carriers and third-party administrators
Consulting or system integration experience
