Job Title: Senior Workday Business Analyst

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

Shift: Rotational support for EMEA & Americas time zones

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Workday Business Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Recruit and HR analytics to support the Global Talent & Tech Ops team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR systems, analyzing complex HR data, resolving support tickets, and collaborating with HRIS/IT teams to improve recruiting operations and reporting capabilities. Experience with AI-driven reporting and HR applications like Paradox, HiredScore, LinkedIn, and ServiceNow is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR and Talent Acquisition system operations
• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday Recruit, hire, offer, and application-related issues
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
• Manage HR support tickets through ServiceNow
• Identify data anomalies and maintain data quality controls
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support AI integrations for reporting and analytics enhancements
• Handle confidential HR data with integrity and accuracy

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of HR analytics experience
• Strong expertise in Workday, Workday Recruit, and Report Builder
• Experience with Paradox, HiredScore, LinkedIn, and ServiceNow
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with API integrations is a plus
• AI experience related to reporting/data analysis preferred
