Job Description

Role Overview:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Workday solutions.
  • Define scalable and compliant Workday architectures aligned with business requirements.
  • Provide architectural guidance across end-to-end Workday implementation programs.
  • Ensure adherence to Workday best practices, standards, and delivery frameworks.
  • Act as the technical authority for Workday-related solution decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Architecture & Design

  • Design end-to-end Workday solution architecture across multiple modules.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Workday designs.
  • Define configuration standards and architectural blueprints.

Implementation & Technical Oversight

  • Guide implementation teams across build, test, and deployment phases.
  • Review configurations, integrations, and reports for quality and performance.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Workday and external systems.

Integrations & Reporting

  • Design and oversee Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.
  • Ensure effective data flow, security, and data integrity across systems.
  • Support advanced reporting and analytics design.

Governance & Optimization

  • Ensure compliance with Workday architecture standards and security requirements.
  • Drive system optimization, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and enhancement activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Workday Certification in HCM or relevant modules.
  • Strong experience in Workday architecture and multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday modules including HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Proven experience in Workday integrations and reporting solutions.
