We are looking for a seasoned Workday HCM professional with extensive experience in IT and Human Capital Management. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end Workday implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects, while driving HCM transformation initiatives for global clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring delivery assurance, managing client expectations, and guiding teams through complex Workday programs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations (minimum 5 completed projects).
  • Drive HCM transformation initiatives, including business process optimization, testing, data migration, and integration methodologies.
  • Apply Workday implementation methodologies to ensure successful rollouts and AMS support.
  • Provide delivery assurance by overseeing project governance, risk management, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design scalable Workday HCM solutions.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success of Workday solutions.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 16+ years of IT experience in the HCM domain.
  • 9+ years of Workday expertise in implementation, rollouts, and AMS projects.
  • Proven track record of 5+ full lifecycle Workday implementations.
  • Deep understanding of HCM business processes and transformation strategies.
  • Strong experience in testing, data migration, and integration methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Delivery assurance experience in complex Workday programs.
  • Advanced certification in 2 Workday HCM submodules.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
