We are seeking a Delivery Anchor to lead our HCM Practice in India, driving delivery excellence and building a Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery management for HCM projects to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
- Contribute to practice development by identifying growth opportunities and implementing best practices
- Manage and mentor the HCM team to foster collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance
- Lead competency development initiatives including training, certification, and knowledge sharing
- Build and scale a Centre of Excellence (COE) for the HCM practice to drive innovation and standardization
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and report directly to the Global Practice Head
- Support staffing, resource allocation, and talent acquisition for the practice
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships acting as a key point of contact for delivery matters
- Ensure compliance with EPAM's delivery governance and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivery management within HCM or related domains with 15+ years of experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in practice development and competency building
- Ability to drive innovation and build Centres of Excellence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Prior experience in a similar role within a global IT services organization
- Experience with Workday and Human Capital Management platforms
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of delivery governance and quality standards
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
