Title: Workday Analyst

Department: Technology

Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore

Expected shift: mid shift i.e., 2pm-11pm IST.

We are seeking Sr. Data Engineers for the Data Engineering team. This role is charged with developing a unified, modular, composable, and generalized data platform that integrates with dozens of data sources and source systems, ensures data quality, models, and then exposes the data in various forms for consumption by other teams and platforms. We are looking for seasoned data engineers who have experience with data infrastructure, ETL systems, reporting environment, and working on cloud environments.

HOW YOU ADD VALUE

•          Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
•              Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observations.
•              Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
•              Propose and document process changes and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
•              Collaborate with process owners to implement and monitor process changes.
•              Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
•              Develop use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
•              Support the design, development, and testing of business solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements.
•              Serve as a liaison between business units and IT or development teams.
•              Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
•              Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise
•              Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, requirements, and project deliverables.
•              Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders and management.
•              Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
•              Recommend and implement new tools and techniques to improve analysis processes and outcomes.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Required:

•              Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
•              Experience with Workday Financials is a HUGE PLUS
•              5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
•              Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•              Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred

•              Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
