About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Workday AI Integration Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting AI-enabled Workday solutions across Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruiting, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Workday HCM, Workday Integrations, Workday Extend, Reporting, Workday AI, and HR business processes to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent enterprise workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled Workday solutions across HCM and enterprise HR applications.
• Build AI-powered use cases for Recruiting, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Compensation, and HR Operations.
• Develop and maintain Workday Integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services (WWS), REST/SOAP APIs, and RaaS.
• Design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend to enhance business processes and user experiences.
• Configure reports, dashboards, Calculated Fields, and analytics using Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, and Workday People Analytics.
• Implement AI-powered HR automation using Workday AI, Workday Illuminate, and Workday Assistant capabilities where applicable.
• Integrate Workday with enterprise HR, payroll, identity management, and third-party applications.
• Configure Workday security, Role-Based Security, and Business Process Framework (BPF) following best practices.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and technical teams to deliver scalable AI-powered workforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize integrations, and provide ongoing application support.
• Prepare technical documentation and follow Workday implementation best practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM
• Experience with Workday Integrations
• Experience with Workday Extend
• Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and analytics
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• Experience integrating Workday using REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Web Services (WWS), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), or RaaS
• Understanding of enterprise integrations, AI-enabled HR automation, and cloud technologies
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday AI, Workday Illuminate, and Workday Assistant
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Workday People Analytics
• Experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI, Document Transformation, and BIRT
• Experience integrating Workday with HR, payroll, identity management, and enterprise applications
• Knowledge of XPath, XSLT, XML, JSON, Java, or Python
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Workday certifications in HCM, Integrations, Extend, Reporting, or related Workday modules are preferred
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience

• 2–5 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Workday Integrations, Workday Extend, or closely related Workday technologies.
