Job Title: Workday Administrator

Location:Onsite (Hitech City, Hyderabad)

Type: Full-time

Shift: 2 PM 10 PM EST or 4 PM 12 AM EST

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Workday Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our Workday HCM environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday configuration, security, integrations, reporting, and user support, along with a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the Workday HCM platform, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and user accessibility.
  • Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in Workday.
  • Configure and maintain business processes, notifications, condition rules, and validations within Workday.
  • Support HR, Finance, and IT teams with Workday enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain custom reports using Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
  • Execute EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) loads for data imports and updates.
  • Support Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements.
  • Participate in system testing, release management, and change control activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize system performance.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and system changes.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to support continuous improvement of Workday functionality.
  • Required Skills & Experience:

    • 36 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Administrator / Workday HCM Analyst / Workday System Admin.
    • Strong expertise in Workday HCM Core, Security, Business Process Configuration, and Reporting.
    • Working knowledge of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and Integrations.
    • Experience managing Workday Security Groups, domains, and business processes.
    • Exposure to Workday modules such as Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Compensation, or Benefits is preferred.
    • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues independently.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    • Experience working with global teams or supporting US-based clients is a plus.
