We are looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning professional to join our Production Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Adaptive Planning, troubleshooting production issues, data corrections, reporting, analytics, and security configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Workday Adaptive Planning and resolve system-related issues.
- Research and troubleshoot system problems, unexpected results, and process flaws.
- Identify root causes and recommend solutions or alternative approaches to meet business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and perform data corrections.
- Support Workday Reporting and Analytics requirements.
- Manage and support security configurations and changes.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications and supporting documentation.
- Develop test conditions and conduct acceptance testing.
- Implement and validate solutions in the production environment.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Planning.
- Experience in Workday Production Support.
- Good knowledge of Workday Reporting and Analytics.
- Experience troubleshooting data issues and performing data corrections.
- Experience with Workday Security configurations and changes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to document technical specifications and testing procedures.
Experience
- Total Experience: 6+ years
- Relevant Experience: 5+ years
- Strong experience specifically in Workday Adaptive Planning is mandatory.
