Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

Role Summary

·       The Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Adaptive Planning solutions across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting domains.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning (workforce, financials, capital, and reporting).

·       Partner with finance and business stakeholders to define planning, forecasting, and modeling requirements.

·       Design complex financial models, assumptions, versions, and driver-based planning frameworks.

·       Build and optimize sheets, levels, dimensions, and dashboards.

·       Develop integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and source ERPs (Workday Financials, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

·       Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.

·       Provide thought leadership on planning best practices and performance management transformation.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

·       3–8 years of experience in FP&A, EPM, or financial systems consulting.

·       Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.

·       Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
