Position: Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant - Fresher
Location: Chennai - Onsite all 5 days
Shift Timing: 3.00AM to 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)
Engagement Mode: Full Time
About the role: We are looking for certified and motivated individuals to join our team as Workday Adaptive Planning - Fresher. This is a great opportunity for certified professionals who are ready to apply their Workday Adaptive Planning knowledge in a real-world, fast-paced finance environment. You will work alongside experienced FP&A professionals to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the Workday Adaptive Planning platform to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models, dashboards, and planning sheets
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual planning processes
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather data and reporting requirements
- Help maintain data integrity, model structures, and system configurations
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts
Required Skills:
- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is mandatory (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning: Level 1 or Level 2 Certification, or equivalent Workday-recognized credential)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic to intermediate understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
