Workday Absence & Time functional Lead

The role:

Workday Absence Time functional Lead Required experience and skills:

• 5+ years experience with Workday Absence Time both hands on from a Strategic standpoint
• Excellent stakeholder management communication skills with a proven track record
• Global experience would be a nice to have Core Job Profile Summary
• The Workday Functional specialist provides global and local solutions to business problems and requirements outside of the country implementations.
• This role requires a good understanding of the organisation's strategy, way of working and business architecture as well as an outside-in perspective.
• You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimizing our Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, where the employee experience is one of our key focus areas.

We are looking for you:

• If you have proven 4-6 years of experience in Workday implementation.
• If you have experience in multiple Workday modules: Workday Core HCM and Absence Time are a must have
• Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM and Absence/or other modules
• If you have a strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions.
• If you have experience as Functional Consultant in at least 2 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment.
• If you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• If you have Business Analytical skills - ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand.
• If you have an organized and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
