Job Title: Workato Lead
Experience: 5-12 Years
Location: Hyderabad and G. Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of integration workflows, automations, and recipes on Workato.
- Architect and implement APIdriven integrations between SaaS applications, enterprise systems, and microservices.
- Develop reusable connectors, custom Workato SDK components, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to define integration strategy, standards, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Workato recipes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance in all integrations (OAuth, API keys, encryption, audit logs).
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on Workato and API integration best practices.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 610 years of overall integration development experience, including 3+ years in Workato.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and API lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and related technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.).
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Knowledge of enterprise messaging and event-driven patterns (Kafka, Event Grid, Service Bus).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and solution design skills.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and deployment automation is a plus.
