Overview
We are seeking experienced Workato Integration Developers to support the design, build, and delivery of integrations between ServiceNow, NetSuite, and HubSpot. The role will focus on developing scalable, reliable integration workflows (recipes) in alignment with agreed design specifications, under the guidance of a Technical Lead and Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Workato recipes to support integration use cases
- Implement field mappings, transformation logic, and lookup rules based on approved design documents
- Develop integrations across ServiceNow, NetSuite, and HubSpot APIs
- Configure error handling, retry logic, and logging within Workato
- Support unit testing and integration testing activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects identified during testing
- Contribute to documentation of integration flows and technical configurations
- Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices defined by the Technical Lead
Technical Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Workato (recipe development, connectors, automation workflows)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns
- Experience integrating with platforms such as: NetSuite, ServiceNow, HubSpot (desirable)
- Knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques
- Experience with error handling and monitoring in integration platforms
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, and API authentication methods (OAuth, tokens)
Desirable Experience
- Experience working in integration or iPaaS environments (e.g. Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, TIBCO)
- Exposure to CPQ or ERP-driven workflows
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Understanding of data governance and system-of-record principles
