This is a
part-time,
2-month engagement requiring
US shift (night shift IST) availability.
- Workato Integration Setup
- CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) → Marketo sync based on email address and last-updated date flag
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM → Bluecore integration
- ERP/Billing System → Workato (method - REST API or scheduled export - to be confirmed)
- Unsubscribe data warehousing via Workato (destination TBD)
- Data Ingestion & Field Management
- Sync logic to identify and categorize active customers, billing contacts, and prospects from ERP
- Add additional contact fields to Marketo as required
- Support manual CSV imports for data outside integrated systems
- Sync history logging and error flagging with failure reasons
- Deduplication & Data Quality
- Deduplication rules matching on email address across CRM and ERP
- Email format validation and optional email verification service integration
- Configurable matching thresholds - no engineering changes required for updates
- Segmentation, Suppression & Frequency Rules
- Dynamic saved segments in Marketo and Bluecore that auto-update as records change
- Auto-suppression of unsubscribed/opted-out contacts from all exports
- Cross-platform contact frequency rules between Marketo and Bluecore to prevent over-messaging
