Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Workato.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor automated workflows between cloud applications and on-premise systems.
  • Perform Mulesoft to Workato transformations (if applicable) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues within the Workato platform.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance of integration solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates within Workato.
  • Document integration processes, workflows, and maintain best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration development.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Workato platform.
  • Mulesoft experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Mulesoft to Workato transformations is an added advantage.
  • Experience designing and developing integrations with cloud-based platforms.
  • Proficiency in integration patterns including RESTful APIs, SOAP, and Webhooks.
  • Workato certification is mandatory.
  • Understanding of data mapping, transformation, and orchestration.
  • Experience with SQL and database integration is a plus.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Workato certification (mandatory).
  • Mulesoft certification is an added advantage.
